It regards as one of the social professions and it's noble because it pertains with public good, helps the aggrieved persons and defends upon him and searches for the truth. Lawyers are symbols of rights and justice also they are the other face of justice who help the judgeship to detect the real facts and proved it legally and systematically. Many jurists described it as the following " old like judgeship, worthful like virtue ,essential like justice and there is no profession is better and has the right of interest than it .It makes its owner as a lofty ,wealthy without much money ,has a high rank ,happy without having a materialistic money bay .we can find in this profession genius ,mastery and superiority with literary knowledge " . King Louis the twelfth said that if I weren't a king of France, I would like to be a lawyer" .It is a great rank for high classes of people who left their high positions. There are many ministers and presidents worked as lawyers after leaving their positions .One of the lawyer's works is to express about legal situations without any comment or pleading whether this view likes Fatwa in a certain topic or legal consultations in all the topics which are related to the law or a form of the contracts where the lawyer can make and order it. Legal consultation is one of the most careful things which the lawyers can do .Some peoples can't make a decision so they ask lawyers for help for getting rid of their doubt and hesitation. So legal consultation is very important result where it may be a reason for doing wrong or harmful or changing an opinion whose owner was right, so the lawyer should not express about his opinion without comprehending the whole matter and having a great knowledge of documents and law .Everyone has his own lawyer like his own doctor asking him for help in his subject, so Doctors can treat the patients from their diseases, on the other hand lawyers can treat them from the problems and may these problems lead them to the reasons of diseases. The right things in medicine are also right in law. Some of lawyers express about their opinion fast because they thought that being fast for expressing about their opinion will make the others feel of their capacity and high level but as for us this is a great mistake because the man who asked will ask another person so he will discover the contradiction in responses .As for the contract, it isn't easy to make a contract and order it because our the whole claim depends on this contract so the contract should be more clear and obvious for everyone. During writing the contract the lawyer should not write in favor of any party so he should write a clear introduction to enable the two parties to understand its content. Also it needs a kind of capacity and skill for comprehending the requirements of the two parties. Most of the contracts usually depend on the civil law, so the lawyers should have a long look of the articles of the civil law and follow it totally. Also the writer of the contract should write the introduction exactly .pleading regards a scientific argument which the lawyer uses it to prove that he is right and supports his speech by presenting evidences and asking the witnesses and experts to persuade and prove to the judge his correctness and leads the judge to release a verdict as he wants. So pleading is a great thing if the lawyer has ways for pleading such as tongue and skill on the other hand it is very sorry when he lost the previous ways.
